"I am still on the fence" 

이 표현은 영어로 사용되는 관용구로, 어떤 결정, 선택 또는 상황에 대해 미정 또는 불확실한 상태를 나타냅니다.

이 표현은 누군가가 "펜스 위에 있다"라고 말하면,

그들이 아직 결정을 내리지 않고 중립적인 위치에 앉아 있으며 한쪽이나 다른 쪽을 선택하지 못하고 있는 것을 의미합니다.

예를 들어, 직장 제안을 받아들일지 여부를 결정하려고 할 때 "펜스 위에 있다"라고 말할 수 있으며,

 이것은 아직 최종 결정을 내리지 않았으며 옵션 사이에서 갈등 중에 있음을 나타냅니다.

본질적으로 이는 결정을 내리지 못하거나 한쪽 또는 다른쪽에 헌신하기 전에 결정을 내리기를 기다리거나 

더 많은 정보를 수집하기를 기다리는 불확실한 상태를 시사합니다.

한 마디로

"아직 결정하지 못했어"라는 뜻 입니다. ^^
