" Binge watching" -  보는 것을 폭식하다 (..?)

한 번에 하나 이상의 TV 시리즈, 영화 또는 다른 비디오 에피소드를 연속해서 

또는 짧은 기간 동안 시청하는 행위를 묘사하는 용어입니다. 

일반적으로 연속된 방식으로 큰 양의 콘텐츠를 소비하는 것을 의미하며, 

종종 몇 시간 또는 하루 종일 계속됩니다. 

Binge-watching은 TV 프로그램의 전체 시즌을 한 번에 공개하는 스트리밍 플랫폼의 사용 가능성으로 

더 일반적으로 이루어지게 되었습니다. 

이러한 플랫폼은 시청자가 자신의 속도로 시리즈를 시청할 수 있도록 해주므로 

사람들이 자신이 좋아하는 시리즈를 따라잡거나 새로운 프로그램을 탐색하는 인기 있는 방법 중 하나입니다. 

그러나 연장된 시간 동안 앉아 있는 부정적인 영향을 피하기 위해 적당한 감독과 휴식을 취하는 것이 중요합니다.
