이 표현은 어떤 행동이나 결정이 심각한 결과나 실패로 이어질 수 있는 위험한 또는 불안정한 상황에 있는 것을 의미합니다.

마치 얇은 얼음 위를 걷는 것이 얼어붙은 얼음이 깨지고 찬물로 떨어질 수 있기 때문에 위험한 것처럼,

이 관용구는 누군가가 부정적인 결과를 피하기 위해 조심스럽고 신중해야 하는 상황에 있다는 개념을 전달합니다.

이는 종종 어떤 일이 잘못될 가능성이 높고 사람들이 조심스럽게 행동해야 하는 상황을 묘사하는 데 사용됩니다.
