" Karen" -  캐런(사람 이름 맞습니다)

특정한 인물 스테레오타입을 묘사하는 속어로, 일반적으로 중년의 백인 여성을 뜻합니다. 

이 여성들은 자기 주권적이고 고집스럽다고 여기며 종종 무례하거나 광적인 행동을 보이며, 

특히 고객 서비스나 공공장소에서 불만족을 표현하기 위해 관리자와 대화를 요구하는 경향이 있습니다. 

이 용어는 인터넷과 밈(meme) 문화에서 이러한 행동을 묘사하는 데에 사용되었으며,

비난적인 용어로 사용되어 그릇된 행동에 대한 비판을 나타내는 경우가 많습니다.

그러나 이 스테레오타입을 기반으로 개인들에 대한 일반적인 가정이나 일반화를 피하는 것이 중요합니다.

한 마디로

"진상, 빌런, 안하무인의 백인 중년 여성(?)"

정도로 보시면 됩니다 ^^

*남자 버전은 Ken(켄) 또는 Chad(채드)라고 하긴 합니다만 Karen(캐런)처럼 흔하게 사용하지는 않습니다.
